Solantex Holdings LLC ("Solantex," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Sunny platform at solantex.net and my.solantex.net. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create a Sunny account we collect your name, business name, business email address, mailing address, and payment information. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our systems.
During normal use of the platform we collect session data including voice transcripts, text queries, AI responses, and usage metrics such as turns per session, tokens consumed, response latency, and feature usage. This data is associated with your account and used to operate the Service, enforce usage limits, and improve platform performance.
We automatically collect certain technical data when you access the Service, including browser type, operating system, IP address, referring URLs, and session identifiers. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and service optimization.
If you upload business data, product catalogs, supplier information, or other content to the Service, that content is stored and associated with your account solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms including John Deere Operations Center, QuickBooks, PartsTech, Amazon Seller Central, Rain Bird IQ4, and others ("Connected Integrations"). When you authorize a Connected Integration, you grant us permission to retrieve data from that platform on your behalf.
Data retrieved from Connected Integrations ("Integration Data") is used solely to generate AI responses within your active session. Integration Data is retrieved in real time when you ask Sunny a question that requires it, and is processed only to formulate a relevant response. Integration Data is not stored in our databases beyond what is necessary to maintain active session continuity.
The scope of Integration Data accessed depends on which integrations you connect and authorize. Examples include:
Integration Data is never sold to third parties, shared with other Solantex customers, used to train AI models, or used for any purpose other than responding to your queries within the Service. Each account's Integration Data is strictly isolated.
You may revoke a Connected Integration's access at any time through your Sunny account settings or directly through the third-party platform's authorization management. Upon revocation, we cease all data retrieval from that platform immediately.
We share data with the following third-party service providers solely to operate the Service:
Each service provider is contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Solantex.
Each account's data including catalog content, session logs, conversation history, and Integration Data is stored in isolation. No data from your account is visible to or accessible by other accounts.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Active account data is retained for the life of the subscription. Upon cancellation, account data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Following termination for cause, data is retained for 30 days. Integration Data retrieved during sessions is not retained beyond the active session period.
You may request immediate deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. We will complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent you from using the Service.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Regardless of your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days of a verified request. We may require identity verification before processing requests.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your account email address with at least 30 days notice. Non-material changes may take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
